The whale tail part of each earring is approximately 1.5cm wide and measures 1cm across the flukes. It has a highly polished finish that has been given a high-carat gold coating and features a double-sided design loosely based on ocean waves and the New Zealand Koru.

The whale tails are hung from strong, gold, hook wire and bead findings. These earrings will be stamped with a British Hallmark to prove they are made of solid gold and will be supplied in their own gift box.
