Made in England. This solid 9ct yellow gold, double-sided cross pendant is set with a brilliant-cut diamond of 1.5mm in diameter and has been decorated with a lovely golden-brown patina.

This cross measures 1.3cm across by approx. 2.2cm tall. Without its solid gold chain it weighs 3.3g. With its chain it weighs 4.5g.

To create the cross I have utilized some of the most up-to-date technology alongside some of the oldest skills still used in jewellery and goldsmithing. The original was hand carved from metal before being digitally scanned and resized. It was cast in solid gold which was then reworked, for several hours, using traditional Goldsmiths' tools, to produce a very fine detail.
To emphasize the details of the carving, the pendant was given a part polished and part satin finish. It then had its recesses decorated with a golden-brown patina.
