This pendant features a natural transitional-cut diamond on a sturdy yet elegant silver chain. The pendant was made from platinum-coated recycled silver. The average diameter of the pendant is 8mm. Its surface has been given a Florentine style finish that can only be achieved by hand.

A transitional cut diamond is a vintage diamond shape. Relatively few stones of this type were cut, and only between the 1920s and 1950s. It bridges the gap between the older Old European Cut and the modern Round Brilliant Cut, blending old-world charm with modern sparkle.

Screened as a natural (not lab-grown) diamond with multi-stage testing, the old-cut diamond in the pendant weighs 0.36ct and measures 4.7mm by 2.7mm. The diamond is estimated to be Tinted colour and VS2/SI1 clarity.
