Shipping.

UK Orders.
Domestic orders will be delivered by the Royal Mail's Special Delivery service or another tracked service. A tracking number will be provided.

US Orders.
Customers from the United States will have the Import Tariff collected, as part of their shipping fee, before the order is shipped.

Delivery typically takes between 2 and 5 working days for orders sent via an express courier and 7 to 21 days for orders sent vis Royal Mail. Deliveries can take longer, depending on your location.

Customers from outside the UK, including the EU, should familiarise themselves with their own country's policies on importing goods. The payment of any Import Duty will be the customer's responsibility.

Delays at Customs do occasionally happen. This is outside of our control and we are afraid that we cannot be held accountable for such delays. 

All orders will be insured while in transit, and tracked wherever possible.
