Diamond ring set with a 12.35ct rose-cut black diamond.
This very substantial, solid sterling silver and gold ring features 12.35ct, 14mm rose-cut black diamond. The diamond has been set in a solid yellow gold bezel, which follows the smooth lines of the main body of the ring. The body of the ring has been cast in sterling silver from a hand carved wax model and the silver has been coated in rhodium, a precious metal more valuable than platinum.
As you would expect in a diamond of this size and at this price, the diamond’s surface is heavily included, but it still catches and reflects the light from its myriad of highly polished facets. This unique ring features a British Hallmarked, to prove it is solid silver I have also signed and dated it. The ring weighs 32.1g, which is over an ounce.
It would fit a UK finger between size S and size T, or around US finger size 9.5.
