Made in England. This solid 9ct yellow gold mandala pendant is set with a cabochon cut madeira topaz and decorated with a golden-brown patina.
It has been hung on a 58cm (23 inch) long blackened, solid sterling silver chain.

This gold mandala measures approximately 2.5cm (or one inch) in diameter. The gold part of the necklace weighs 12.3g (which is 0.43 ounces). The gold pendant and silver chain together weigh 26.9g (which is 0.95 ounces).

To create this piece, I have utilized some of the most up-to-date technology alongside some of the oldest skills still used in jewellery and goldsmithing. The original mandala was hand carved from wax before being digitally scanned and resized. It was cast in solid 9ct yellow gold, which was then reworked, using traditional Goldsmiths' tools, to produce its fine details. It was then given a hallmark, by the assay office, to prove the purity of the gold. The recesses of the mandala were decorated with a golden-brown patina and the centre of the mandala was set with a madeira topaz gemstone.

Please note that, in the fullness of time, your chain is quite likely to naturally develop its own, unique and attractive, part silver, part black colouration. If you ever want your chain to be re-blackened, any reputable jeweller can do this quickly and inexpensively.
