This solid gold owl will be hand made to order in the United Kingdom. Please allow up to 28 days for this piece to be made for you.

With its heart-shaped face and nocturnal existence this distinctive and much-loved bird has been woven into myths and legends throughout human history. Allied to the goddesses of several cultures, the owl is a symbol of magic and darkness, prophecy and wisdom. The fact that the majority of owl species mate for life has seen this bird mentioned in many love sonnets and poems.

This owl pendant is made from 9ct gold that has been given a high-carat gold coating. It has been given a part polished, part satin finish to bring out its details. It measures a little under 2cm or three quarter inches across its face. It  has eyes made from 4mm natural garnet cabochons.
This piece will be stamped with a British Hallmark to prove it is made of gold and will be supplied in its own gift box with a waxed cotton cord to hang it from.
