Diamond Beetle Creature with natural diamonds set in its belly and back

Diamond Beetle Creature Companion Being.

This odd little Creature, with a toothy smile and and a total weight of 0.24ct of diamonds set into tis belly and shell, has been cast in solid sterling silver and was finished, by hand, over the course of many hours.

Its brilliant-cut diamonds were screened as a natural (not lab-grown) diamonds with an EXA™ diamond device.
The diamonds are environmentally friendly as they were reclaimed from a piece of vintage jewellery. The largest diamond weighs 0.17ct and is approximately 3.5mm in diameter.
The creature has Hallmarks from the London Assay Office lasered into the top of its 'hat' below the jump ring.

Its polished and textured surface has been oxidised in places to give it a black finish and coated with a clear lacquer to help protect the dark colour. Given enough time and wear, it is likely to obtain its own unique patina of part shiny, part textured and oxidised, surface finish.

A 50cm (20 inch), sturdy, silver trace chain will be included with your creature.
No other creature will be made exactly the same as it.
