A more interesting alternative to a diamond pendant - made under a microscope.
This tiny, detailed animal sculpture was made from solid 22ct gold - the same type of gold that Gold Sovereign, Gold Krugerrand, and American Gold Eagle coins are minted from.
It has been hung on a sturdy, yet elegant platinum chain.
The pendants are cast from a single piece of 22ct gold and finished, under a microscope, in my Sussex workshop.
The gold hare will measure 1.9cm from the tip of its nose to the tips of its ears. Its platinum chain measures 45cm (18").
